How I work, and what I work on
I'm a full-stack developer. I build web applications and AI integrations, and I care more about software that keeps working than software that demos well.
Most of my work is in Ruby on Rails and React, plus a range of AI/ML frameworks. I keep up with what's new, but picking the right tool for the problem beats picking the newest one, and understanding the problem beats both.
Outside of work I ski, climb, and run trails. I'm a gaming nerd too. The time away from a screen is usually where the better ideas turn up.
